The Compass Team - Jennifer Erdley
Home

Hi, I’m Jennifer Erdley. I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself to you and your family. I feel that when someone is about to make the most important purchase or sale of their life, they ought to know the person who will ensure they make the right decisions.

I have been a realtor for over 20 years, as well as a previous owner of a real estate agency. I closed the most sales in Teller County in 2001, and closed the most sales in Woodland Park in 2002. I have won awards and have been a multi-million dollar producer (2007 over $7 million in sales). I completed appraisal classes at the University of Boulder and I am a licensed, registered appraiser (currently inactive). What all of this means to you is that I know real estate! But real estate isn’t all there is to helping you find your dream home; you have to know Colorado.

But to really know Colorado, you have to get involved, and that’s why I’m a member of the Teller County Realtor Forum, Teller County Land Use Regulations Committee, Chamber of Commerce, Home Builder’s Association, and Community Cupboard. I serve as Chairperson for our Teller County Sheriff, and am the founder of RAF, Rescue Animal Fund for Teller County. These are great agencies guiding Teller County’s future and yours as a part of this great community.

As part of this community, you’ll enjoy the beauty that is Colorado, just as I do. Whether I’m skiing down one of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks, or teaching area children equestrian riding, I’m always learning about the balance between nature and urban development. This is why I keep aware of what is going on in the real estate world. I know I have to stay on top of changes in the realty business to ensure that I can give you all the facts to make the right decisions on your home and help maintain this delicate balance. You’ll need lots of information to make the best decisions, and I’ll work hard to get you the answers. While we’re making those decisions, I’ll be glad to give you information on all the activities Colorado has to offer. As you can see from this picture, and are already well aware, Colorado has great skiing, and I love to ski and participate in all sorts of outdoor activities. In 2007, I competed in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, a great local event.

Growing up with horses, and training as an equestrian rider for many years led me to be the youngest ever to compete nationally. Through much self-discipline, I won the National Championship. This passion led me to help start the Pikes Peak Pony club.
